Biomedical Waste Incinerators:-

Biomedical waste is generated from hospitals and animal houses and mainly consists of:

• Human Anatomical Waste.
• Microbiology & Biotechnology Waste.
• Discarded Medicines & Cytotoxic Drugs.
• Soiled plaster castes, blood soaked cotton,
  beddings etc.
• Wastes from pathological laboratories and
  blood banks.
• Animal wastes & carcasses.

The waste is highly infectious and therefore needs to be carefully disposed off. BLACKHOLE incinerators have following features for complete incineration of biomedical wastes:

• Combustion efficiency of at least 99%.
• Gas residence time of 1.5 to 2 seconds

Equipment can also be designed and supplied to meet specific requirements of the customers/local pollution control authorities.

Optional accessories like gas scrubbers, continuous emission monitoring & recording systems, automatic waste feeding systems, ash removal systems and heat recovery systems can be supplied on request.

• Minimum 1.5 seconds in the Secondary Combustion Chamber.

• Temperature range of 750 to 850°C and 1000 to  1100°C in Primary & Secondary Combustion Chambers respectively.

Solid Waste Incinerator

We offer our clients a wide range of Solid Waste Incinerator Systems which is specifically designed in order to operate on the controlled air pyrolytic principle of the combustion.   The systems are provided with 2 stage combustion chamber and are meant for loading the waste from the front door directly.

Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) is trash which is generated from residential dwellings, offices, hotels, canteens etc. It mainly consists of:

• Dry leaves, grass, twigs, tree branches etc.
• Waste paper and cardboard.
• Packaging material like polythene, wood, thermocol, jute etc.
• Kitchen waste.
• PVC and plastic waste. (Non Chlorinated )

The waste mix is varied in nature as it has different physical and chemical characteristics. To incinerate MSW, BLACKHOLE incinerators have following salient features:

• Combustion efficiency of 99%.
• Gas residence time of minimum 1 second in the Secondary     Combustion Chamber.
• Temperatures of 750 to 850°C and 1000 to 1100°C in Primary & Secondary Combustion Chambers respectively.
