• The exterior casing of the Unit is constructed from mild steel plate IS 2062 GR. and supported with angles and channels internally and externally.
• All the doors are made from mild steel IS 2062 GR. and are lined with high grade castable cement.
• Inside portion of the unit lined with high alumina refractory bricks backed up by cold and hot face Insulation material as per IS 2042 grade.
• A Self supporting chimney with ladder and sampling point is provided for the disposal of flue gases and its monitoring Custom made designed is also provided in case of special requirement.
• A weather proof, powder coated control panel to operate the system in both-automatic and manual mode. A users-friendly control panel includes, control switches, indicating lamps, automatic timers, temp. Controller and Indicator and On-Off push buttons operating systems.
